1. Booking Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their booking by contacting us via phone or email.
• Cancellation requests must be made in advance of the scheduled journey.

2. Cancellation Charges

• Bookings can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is made 72 hours before the journey date.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the journey are not eligible for any refund.
• In case of last-minute cancellation or no-show, no refund will be provided.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 1–2 working days.

4. Driver / Vehicle Issues

If the trip is cancelled by us due to unavoidable reasons (vehicle breakdown, driver issue, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle, subject to availability.

5. No Refund Situations

• No refunds will be provided for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Partial usage of services will not be refunded.
